Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Aksel Boutique Hotel, the satisfaction of our guests is very important to us. In case of any cancellation or refund situation regarding your reservations, the following policies apply:

Reservation Cancellation

14 Days Before Check-In Date: If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the check-in date, no cancellation fee will be charged, and your payments will be fully refunded.
7-14 Days Before Check-In Date: If you cancel your reservation 7-14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation fee will be refunded.
Within 7 Days of Check-In Date: No refund will be made for cancellations made within 7 days or less of the check-in date.
Change Requests

If you wish to change your reservation dates or room type, you must notify us at least 7 days before the check-in date. Your requests will be evaluated based on availability, and necessary adjustments will be made.

Early Departure

If you leave the hotel before the planned end of your stay, the fees for the unused nights will not be refunded.

No-Show Cases

If you do not show up at the hotel despite having a reservation, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be made.
